Project Opening

What qualities define a documentary?  Can you identify styles of filming found in film?  What topics make for captivating documentaries?

The key to this project is identifying what captivates you.

While completing the ABC-CLIO scavenger hunt you will peruse databases with the goal of selecting three possible topics.  Find topics that get you fired up, pique your interest, and will keep you motivated to create a meaningful film.

Personally, I might consider making the following statement in my documentary: 

Video games makes families stronger. I can use an assortment of articles found on ABC-CLIO's extensive database as evidence to back up my claim. I may also consider news stories, as well.
